1. Start Microsoft Outlook
In Windows, click the "Start" menu and choose All Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Outlook

2. First time starting Microsoft Outlook?
If this is the first time you've run Microsoft Outlook, you will be presented with the above screen. Simply click Next twice, then check the checkbox and click Finish.

3.Open E-mail Accounts
1. Click Tools from the top menu
2. Choose E-mail Accounts from the drop down list.

4. Add a new e-mail account
Choose Add a new e-mail account and click Next.

5. Server Type
Choose POP3 and click Next.

6. E-mail Settings
1. Your Name is the name that you want to show up when people receive an e-mail from you. It is often your full name or the name of your company.
2. Enter email@yourdomainname.com for the E-mail Address
3. Enter mail.yourdomainname.com for the Incoming Mail Server (POP3)
4. Enter the mail server mail.yourdomainname.com as the Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
5. Outlook will automatically populate the User Name with your name. This is incorrect. Make sure you replace it with email@domain.com
6. The Password is the password you entered when you created your email account email@domain.com
Make sure Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) is not checked.

7. More Settings
Click More Settings...

8. Outgoing Server Tab
Click the Outgoing Server tab.

9. Outgoing Server Settings
1. Check the checkbox for My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
2. Click Use same settings as my incoming server

10. Advanced Tab
Click the Advanced tab

11. Advanced Outgoing Server Settings
1. Change the Outgoing server (SMTP) to 26 (default: 25)
2. Click Ok

12. Test Account Settings
Click Test Account Settings...

13. Account Settings Test Results
If all tests completed successfully, click Close then Next.
